Maxim Afinogenov scored two goals and added two assists in 21 minutes of icetime in the Thrashers’ 6-5 shootout loss to the Islanders on Saturday. Tobias Enstrom assisted on both of Afinogenov’s goals and had three assists in the game. Afinogenov had been held without a point in his previous three games, but he has 39 points (15g-24a) in 40 games - a remarkable comeback season.
