Nielsen Out 8 To 12 Weeks

According to the New York Daily News, Frans Nielsen will be out 8 to 12 weeks with a leg injury after taking a punishing hit from the Devils’ Mike Mottau on Friday.

Mottau will be suspended two games for the elbow that caused head and leg injuries to Nielsen. Look for another option if you happened to have Nielsen on your fantasy roster. Nielsen has 9 points (2g-7a) in 19 games this season.
