Brian Elliott stopped 31 of 32 shots he faced in the Senators’ 3-1 win over Buffalo on Wednesday.
Elliott has now recorded wins in consecutive games, both against the Sabres. Since taking over as Senators’ starting goalie, Elliott is a respectable 6-3-2, considering the problems that the Senators have faced all season. Keep using Elliott, who should see plenty of starts as the Sens attempt a last-ditch effort to make the playoffs.
