Andrew Brunette scored 2 goals with a +2 in the Avalanche’s 5-2 win over Atlanta on Tuesday.

Brunette played on a line with Joe Sakic and rookie David Jones, who each had a goal and 2 assists in the game. Brunette has been dogged by many fantasy owners this season for not even coming close to his 83-point effort from last season. However, it is worth noting that Brunette now has points in 6 of his last 7 games. There’s a chance that he could be on your league’s waiver wire.

Andrew Brunette scored 2 goals with a (+1) and 7 shots on goal in the Avalanche’s 4-3 win over Florida on Sunday.

Brunette had not scored a goal in his past 8 games and had only 1 point in his last 4 games coming into today. It is all but certain that he won’t reach last year’s 83-point total with linemate Joe Sakic out. That being said, he will have more opportunities to score and is worth a flier if someone else gave up on him.
